What a great location, close to two town squares, 4 miles to Spanish Springs or Sumter Landing, and also major shopping/restaurants/banking/gas etc. only 3 miles away. One of our favorite stores is the Fresh Market, fresh fish, sandwiches made upon request, great selection of wine. We have also found a wonderful little diner in the town of Wildwood, Miz Kathis's Cotillion Southern Café. There is also a coffee shop, Roosters On Oxford.

Quiet Village of Santiago puts you close to everything, both in and out of the Villages. Mature landscape with fully grown oaks and palms makes this area of the Villages feel warm and welcoming. Polo Fields Next Door. Nearest family pool is a couple-minutes golf cart ride away, where there is also access to two executive golf courses. The large regional recreation center of Savannah, about 5 minutes away, hosts many concerts and entertainment activities. Polo fields are next door, a short ride away, less than 15 min through the neighborhood.

Orlando with all the attractions is only a little over an hour away. Disney, Universal, a great selection of outlet stores, etc.

Our favorite beaches are Clearwater Beach on the Gulf, about 2 hours drive. Make sure to visit Frenchys when you go! Also Saint Augustine on the Atlantic is about 2 hours. This is a very historical place. The fountain of youth can be found in this town, along with amazing Henry Flagler hotel information and tours.

What ever you decide, stay in the Villages or take some day trips away and explore.

This home is perfectly set up for two or four guest.

We operate legally, with proper permits, and the required 9% hotel tax.

Rental Policy:

$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking, payable by CC only. When paying by CC: Applicable CC Fee will be added, fee is non refundable. Security deposit returned within 10 days of vacating, following property inspection for damages.

1/2 Rent due within 7 days of booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: rental is refundable, minus processing fee of $100, only if period is re-rented for the same amount as on the rental contract; please consider trip insurance. Payable by CC, Cashiers Check, Personal Check (All checks must have time to clear before arrival - 10 days minimum)

If less than 60 days out, all monies are due and payable when booking.

$150 Cleaning Fee, due withing 7 days of booking. Payable by CC, Cashiers Check, Personal Check (must have time to clear before arrival - 10 days minimum)
