*Golf cart is a two-seater electric Club Car, not new but maintained properly and runs great.
*New linens, towels, hairdryer, kitchen pots, pans, dishes, flatware, utensils, glasses, crock pot, Keurig, blender, coffee pot and more are included.

*Utilities, trash, DirecTV, WiFi/internet, daily newspaper, Villages Temporary ID cards, and lawn service are also included in rental fee.

*Not included is an 11% tourist development tax paid by the renter on top of the rental fee (7% to the state of Florida, 4% to Marion County) which must be collected on occupancies of less than six months.

$3400/month January, February, March (must rent all three months)

Rate is for 2 people. Each additional guest $25/day. Total occupancy cannot exceed 4 people. Guests must be disclosed on rental agreement.

Check in time 4 pm.
Check out time 10 am.

Rental Policy:

$750 Security Deposit Due at signing.
$150 Cleaning Fee due at signing. Home will be professionally cleaned before and after your visit.
25% of Rental due at signing.
Booking reservation is guaranteed when deposit is received.
Remainder of rental fee due 60 days before occupancy.

No smoking in the home, on the lanai, or on the property. This means NO SMOKING, period!!!
One (1) small pet under ten pounds is permitted.

Cancellation:

If cancellation is necessary due to emergency, any monies deposited would be returned if landlord is able to re-rent at same rate, or prorated accordingly, less advertising expenses incurred by landlord.

The Villages is an active senior community for residents 55+.
