From the moment you walk in the front door, you immediately feel calm, relaxed and soothed by the tranquil inviting atmosphere. The spacious villa is beautifully decorated and completely turn-key, just bring your overnight bag and enjoy your stay.

Our villa is the Anna Maria model (open kitchen version) which provides an expansive island kitchen, dining and family room layout enhanced by vaulted ceilings. There are two sliders leading out to the screened lanai, updated with river rock flooring and includes a ceiling fan. Two additional eight foot sliders were added to access the huge rear patio, one in the family room and the other in the master bedroom. The sliders along with the high ceilings provide the feeling of light and spaciousness. The comfy sofa, recliner and accent chairs invite you to entertain friends or take in a movie or ballgame on the 65 inch UHD TV. Cable is provided by Comcast Xfinity and includes 120 channel package along with high speed (200Mbs.) internet/WiFi service. The dining and family rooms are also equipped with ceiling fans.

The serene and peaceful Master Bedroom features a vaulted ceiling, king size bed, two night stands with lamps, an electric fireplace, flat screen HDTV, ceiling fan and a large sliding door leading out to the patio. The Master Bath has a skylight, double sinks, walk-in shower, private commode, linen closet and a large walk-in closet. The walk-in closet has been fitted with custom shelving and built in drawers to make storage a snap.

The Guest Bedroom features a queen bed, two night stands with lamps, dresser, ceiling fan and custom shelving in the closet. The decor is coastal themed, light and airy, perfect for a relaxing or escaping a cold dark winter.

The third bedroom/study offers a pullout sleeper sofa, a desk, ceiling fan, a bookshelf and a large window to brighten your day. A perfect spot to enjoy a good book or catch up on email or the internet.

The fully equipped island kitchen has recently updated stainless steel appliances and features a gas stove. You will find most small appliances you might need including: drip coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender and hand mixer along with all cookware, bakeware, flatware, dishes and glassware. Nearly every cabinet has pull-out shelving to make finding and reaching everything a pleasure. The inventory list is too long to include here but we are happy to provide it before making a reservation.

The rear courtyard offers maximum privacy and seclusion. The large rear patio is a great place to watch a morning sunrise from one of the chaise lounges with a nice coffee in hand. For those wanting to grill outside we have a large four burner stainless steel BBQ for your enjoyment. The courtyard is a perfect retreat without any of the maintenance hassles.

Golfers will find themselves surrounded by Championship and Executive golf courses. The Mallory Hill CC is only a half mile to the NE. Palmer Legends CC is under 3 miles to the NW. The Havana CC is under 2 miles to the SE while the Cane Garden CC is about the same to the west. Prefer an executive course? There are six within about a two mile radius: Bogart GC, Bacall GC, Pelican GC, Heron GC, Truman GC and Roosevelt GC. Slightly further, but still very convenient is the Sarasota Golf Practice Center off Morse Blvd. just south of 466A.

Looking for quick easy access to a Regional Recreation Center? There are three within close proximity to the villa. Lake Miona is only three to four minutes by golf cart. Seabreeze and Colony Cottage are only slightly farther away. Seven Village Recreation Centers are within a 2 mile radius. Bacall is closest, then Canal Street, Truman, Allamanda, Coconut Cove, Odell and Hibiscus follow. With so many Recreation centers within a short golf cart ride you’ll never be far from the action.

$1,000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$140 Cleaning Fee
In cases where prior approval is granted to owners with a small dog the security deposit will be increased by $500 for a total of $1,500. There will also be an additional pet cleaning fee of $125, for a total of $265.
