Immaculate Designer Home in the Village of Bonita, centrally located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square. Close to Lake Miona Regional Rec Center, Bonita Neighborhood Rec Center and Pool, Havana Country Club and Championship Golf Course.

2000 sq foot home, plus a large screened lanai. Open floor plan, large kitchen, stainless steel appliances, eat-in kitchen, dining room with large table, vaulted ceilings, 65” TVs in living room and den. The Master Bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed, furniture, and a Roman shower. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom is set up as a den and office, with a 65” TV, seating area, and desk. There is rear privacy landscaping, a screened lanai with seating area and a table that is great for meals or card play. Ceramic tile and engineered hardwood throughout the home.

Our Golf Cart (2-seater, gas), with road-side assistance, provided for reasonable fee (Jan-April only). Also included in the rent: all utilities, high speed WiFi, DirecTV, garbage, water, weekly yard maintenance, daily newspaper, 2 guest passes to The Villages. Note: Guest passes are free. If you would like a Temporary Resident ID, it will be $50 per person.

This home is our personal residence, and we will be selective to whom we rent. References and a phone visit will be required. We have furnished and equipped it with everything needed to enjoy life at home or in the surrounding area. And we want you to love being in the home. You will find a binder with helpful information. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, seating for 6 the dining table, 4+ at the kitchen, and 4 more on the lanai. Please, no smoking anywhere on the premises, and no pets at any time, without prior owner approval. You may enjoy visitors, but we ask that we be made aware of guests that stay overnight for more than 3 nights. Should you desire to have adult guests for a longer period of time, please discuss with owners, and there may be additional charges, depending on the circumstances.

Rental Policy:
50% of rental amount due within 7 days of booking.
Remaining 50% of rental amount due within 30 days of arrival.
$1000 Security/Damages Deposit due within 30 days of arrival.
$150 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit. NOTE: This fee will be WAIVED if property is left in same condition as arrival.
Deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days of departure, as long as there are no damages to the home or golf cart, all keys, gate cards, and garage door openers have been returned.
Deposit and Rental fees prepaid are refundable only if we are able to secure another renter to take your place.
No subletting or long term guests allowed.

Check-in time arranged with owner.
Check-out by 10:00 am last day of rental period.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
