Enjoy the peaceful nature and wildlife multi-modal (walking/biking/walking/jogging) trails through out including the Hog Eye Preserve. Newly opened, and the largest, Everglades Recreation Center approximate 3-minute cart ride or 10-minute walk - Pickleball courts, Bocce ball, Softball complex, resident sports pool, full court basketball, remote control car track, remote-control boat ramp and multi-purpose field. In November, we will have bicycles and corn-hole available for your enjoyment.

$50 Villages Temporary ID card is paid by Tenant. The ID can be picked up either at Rohan Recreational Center on 1st day of the month or any day at the Lake Sumter Landing Sales office.
9% Florida Tax due if less than 6 months
