A Designer Camellia home. 3 bedrooms, 2 full Baths with over 1,900 sq. ft. Two car garages with laundry facility in one of the most coveted community in the Villages.

The master bedroom suite has a king bed with 2 walk in closets, two sinks and a walk in shower. The suite is separated from the other rooms for privacy with a short path to the kitchen and living room.

The second bedroom and second bathroom are custom configured (unlike any other unit in this designer style) as an in-law suite with separate private entrance on the opposite side of the master bedroom. Ideal for another adult couple sharing the home or privacy for visiting guests.

The third bedroom is configured as an office with a Windows 10 computer, laser printer and the WIFI hub. The bedroom has a twin-size sleeper sofa for expanded sleeping arrangement as needed.

The living room/dining room has an open, airy feel which is wonderfully framed between a front and rear lanai. Both lanais are furnished with tables and chairs and offer great privacy. The home also offers three flat screen TVs, including a flat screen in the living room for those times you just want to stay at home and unwind.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. In addition, there is an outdoor grill for your use. We will also start you out with some initial soaps and paper products so you don’t need to run to the store as soon as you get here.

With Villages Resident Passes (included in pricing) you can play any of the 36 Villages executive courses for free. There are also twelve championship courses for a modest fee. If golf isn’t your thing, there is pickle ball, tennis, billiards, shuffleboard, swimming, bocce ball, horseshoes, running, biking (two bikes included), and much more.

We provide a binder that has useful information on how to use the golf course reservation system, golf cart rentals, Villages apps, menus from local restaurants, airport transportation schedules, and directions to various areas of interest. We make it easy to begin enjoying your Villages vacation immediately upon arrival.
