Rental details:
The $950 security deposit is required when initial contract is signed. If you do not occupy the house, the security deposit is not refundable since we take the house off the rental market as soon as your rental dates are defined in the contract and the $950 deposit is received.
The security deposit will be returned in full to the renter upon move out at the end of occupancy (the move out date is defined in the rental contract) minus cost, if any, for unreasonable cleaning, or tenant caused maintenance or damage issues.

Payment of the full rental cost prior to occupancy is required.
The Villages is a recreational/residential community that requires residents to be at least 55 years young.
Younger than 55 visitors are allowed by the Villages for a limited time.
An electric golf cart with all new batteries is included with the rental. The garage is large enough for a car and a golf cart.
