Rental Policy:
$1500 Security due within 7 days of booking.
$150 Cleaning Fee
Payment can be made by CHECK or ZELLE
50% of rental fee are due 90 days (if applicable) prior to rental period.
Remainder of rental balance and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to rental period.
Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out is 10:00 AM on the first of the next month.
Monthly rates run from the first of month through the last day of month.
Security fee will be refunded within 2-3 weeks after departure, if no damage or loss exists.
Cancellation policy: Security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded at time of cancellation. If for any reason after rent has been paid, you need to cancel, we will absolutely try our very best to find another rental and refund your rent.
(optional) $50.00 temporary resident ID card for amenities and golf privileges. Free guest passes available (no golf access and sports pool)
No smoking in house, lanai or on property.
No pets (so sorry...I love animals but other renters may be allergic)
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
