Rental Policy:
$500 Deposit
$150 Cleaning Fee

A reservation deposit of 50% of total rental amount (including $500 deposit) is due within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 90 days prior to check-in, the total amount will be due immediately. This is a smoke and vape free home and no pets are permitted.

Security deposit is refundable within 14 days after the day of departure & a satisfactory inspection of the home. Deposit will be returned in full if, upon inspection of the home by housekeeping, all gate cards & garage door opener & keys are accounted for, no damage beyond normal wear and tear, and there is no additional need for a deep clean of home.

Check-in time is 4 pm on first day of month.
Check-out time is 10 am on last day of month.

RATES: Based on double occupancy, additional guest rates apply.
Plus 9% tax on rentals less than 6 months and one day

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
