Rental Rates do not include 9% County and State short term rental tax. This will be added to the monthly rental rate.
Cancellation policy::: TOTAL refund (Deposit & monthly payment) ONLY if villa can be rented for the same time period and terms. NO other penalty or re-booking fee will be charged.
Included with the rental rates are all property taxes, utilities, cable TV, internet, trash, lawn service, daily newspaper and fees for recreation passes for all village activities.
Rental price is based on 2 adult occupants. However, there will be an additional charge of $150.00 a week if guests (couple) stay with you for more than 7 days. All visitors must be disclosed.
Check in time is 3:00 P.M. OR sooner if villa is ready.
Check out is 10:00 A.M. on the LAST day of the month.
Rental Policy:
$1000.00 security/deposit due within 7 days of booking. NOTE: This deposit (minus $150.00 cleaning fee) will be returned within 14 days of departure after inspection of the property reveals no damage to villa.
Monthly rent is due 90 days prior to the arrival date.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
