Resort style home and guest house is unique to any other property in The Villages. We have a very special themed Separate Guest House for rent daily or weekly! This Guest/pool House can be entered through the enclosed screened in pool deck. This is unique to any other property. It is a custom addition to the house and has been fully permitted and approved by The Villages.
Four total bedrooms, 3.5 baths and two garage with golf cart garage. Main house and guest house both open up to the pool for enjoyment and entertainment. This rental includes everything you will need to enjoy upscale relaxation on property and adventure throughout The Villages. The decor has been meticulously chosen to give you bright refreshing coastal vibes to enhance relaxation. You will receive temporary resident passes with this rental. This allows you to attend activities that are usually only available to residents. Play a different golf course everyday. Now is the time to enjoy everything the villages has to offer. The property is located between Lake Sumter and Brownwood squares. Jump in the golf cart and enjoy dinner, live music and dancing every night (subject to change due to COVID-19).

Inside The Main House- boasts a screened in front entry, soaring high ceilings, large foyer with powder room and coat closet, two guest rooms with Jack and Jill bathroom, Master suite with full bathroom suite, open concept living room, expansive built in desk area with WiFi and printer, laundry room with sink, washer, and dryer, dining room and a breakfast nook with plenty of natural light. The large kitchen has a large wrap around countertop with seating AND an island With seating for all your baking and cooking needs (perfect for grandkids to get involved). Built in oven, cooktop, high end finishes and and newly remodeled cabinets with all the baking and cooking tools you could ever desire.


Rates:

We have the Guest House only available for rent by the day or week.
Rate: $125 per day plus 9% Tax.

February 2021- Rented Entire property ($6000 rates are for two adults) (additional guests negotiable)

March 2021 - Guest House only available for daily, weekly $125 per day plus 9% tax.

April 2021 and beyond not available At this time .

Utilities, trash, lawn service, and pest control are included.
Entire property is Always smoke and pet free for the comfort of our guests and neighbors.

Rental Policy: when renting total property.
50% of the total rent is due 7 days from booking. Booking deposit is only refunded if the home is able to be re-rented. $1000 Deposit/Security, 9% transient fee, and remainder of the rent is due 1 December 2020.

$150 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Owner pays electric up to $200/month. Rental overage which reflects additional pool and hot tub heating will be deducted from the security deposit.

NOTE: Taxes are not included in the daily, weekly, or monthly rent rates. The state of Florida charges a transient fee of 9%.

Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure if there are no damages or losses. This will include return of keys, garage door remotes, security gate key and mailbox key (if provided).

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
