Our house has an open concept floor plan with ceiling fans and a vaulted ceiling. The living room includes a flat screen TV, blue-ray DVD player, and comfortable seating while enjoying your favorite shows using an AmazonFire stick loaded with popular apps for streaming. Dining table comfortably seats six and the kitchen seats 4 at the breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully set-up for all your anticipated needs. You’ll have a Kuerig K-cup coffee maker, toaster, several pots/pans, baking pans, dishes, glasses, bowls, and utensils. We’ve tried to anticipate your needs.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen TV with an Xfinity box loaded with streaming apps, his/her dressers and walk-in closets. Mater bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has a double bed, flat screen TV, dresser, and closet space. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo. Hair dryers are provided.

The den has a coach to relax and enjoy your favorite book or use the coffee table if you need to telework.

You’ll have an inside laundry room with washer and gas dryer at your disposal.

The enclosed all season lanai area has a cozy sitting area including a love seat, table and chairs. Our lanai is equipped with sliders so you can enjoy the great outdoors year round. The front porch is also enclosed and screened for your enjoyment and has two chairs and a table.

Home features a BBQ grill, iron and ironing board for your usage.

The Villages, FL has all the activities you could dream of. You’ll have access to executive/championship golf courses. Golf in The Villages, FL is tailored to all levels of play. You may also enjoy any of the recreation centers and Olympic sized swimming pools. Recreation Center offer outdoor activities and more than 500 indoor events! *Must have guest pass.

There are plenty of bike and golf cart paths. Shopping, restaurants & recreation facilities are all accessible by golf cart. You can drive as well and parking is not a problem. Golf carts tend to be the primary method to get around the communities. Guests can make their own arrangements with several service providers in The Villages. They are all at your finger tips with a simple Google search.

MONTHLY RENTAL POLICY:

No smoking and no pets. No exceptions.

The rates are for FOUR adults (55+). Anyone staying in our home must be disclosed on the rental agreement.

A reservation deposit of 50% of total rental amount (including $650 security/damage deposit) is due within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 90 days prior to arrival, the total amount will be due immediately to secure the booking. This is a smoke and vape free home and no pets are permitted.

Security deposit minus a $175 cleaning fees is refundable within 14 days after the day of departure & a satisfactory inspection of the home. Deposit will be returned in full if, upon inspection/inventory of the home. No damage beyond normal wear and tear, and there is no need for a deep clean of home.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10 am

Tenant cancellation will forfeit a mandatory $200 re-booking fee. Tenant cancellation within 90 days of arrival will forfeit all rental payment unless we are able to secure another renter under the same terms.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+ with dead restrictions, so we limit our home to the 55yrs+. Guest IDs provide access to select amenities and are issued without charge. During high season (Jan-Mar) renters with Guest IDs may be wait-listed for classes and events, giving priority access to residents and non-residents with temporary resident IDs. Owner will not transfer resident IDs to guests.
