All linens and towels are provided. There is an inside laundry room with an energy efficient washer and dryer. Bi-weekly cleaning services are included with your stay.

* All taxes, utilities, Wi-Fi internet, trash, weekly pool cleaning, and pest & lawn service included.
* Rates are based on a check-in date of the first of the month (4 PM) and a check-out date of the last day of the month (10 AM).  
* Monthly rental amounts are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For two couples wishing to share the house an additional 10% per person will be added to the rent.

Rental Policy:
--50% of total rent (non-refundable unless able to find replacement) amount due within 7 days of booking.
--$2000 security deposit (damage/loss) & remaining rental amount due 60 days before occupancy.
--$300/per month cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay.
--$50.00 Temporary ID fee (for 2) is tenant responsibility. May be deducted from security deposit upon request.

Other Policies:
--No smoking.
--$250 - Pet Deposit (upon approval) is due within 7 days of renting.  
--Golf Cart Usage (Atomic Brand Zipper, electric 2 seater cart, golf bag holders on back)  
--Check-in/Check-out: 4PM / 10AM  
--Remainder of Security & Pet Deposit will be returned within 30 days of lease expiration
--Rental rate includes electric usage charges of up to $250 per month.
