* A Reservation Deposit of 30% of total rental amount and signed Rental Agreement due 3 days from booking date. A copy of driver's license, passport or identification card is required.

* A Security Deposit of $750, plus the remaining Reservation Balance of 70% of total rental amount are due 45 days prior to your stay.

* Any cancellation within 90 days of the reservation start date will forfeit the Reservation Deposit unless property can be re-rented for the same period at the same price.

* Cleaning Fee: There is a standard $125 cleaning fee. This amount will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

* Sales Tax: For rentals under 6 months, a 9% state and county tax will be charged in addition to the listed rent amount above.

Villages Resident ID Cards:

* With a $50 fee paid to The Villages, (2) RESIDENT PASSES will be in your possesion to enjoy all recreation centers, 77 pools, tennis courts, pickle ball and so much more! With your Villages ID, you are able to use any of the over 40 executive golf courses with no green fees, and play the championship courses at reduced rates.

* You can also request FREE GUEST PASSES.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
