You’ll be delighted by the open expansive living area with beautiful wood flooring, high ceilings, crisp white wainscoting, custom moldings, and light filtering window shades. There’s a large sectional and television to watch your favorite shows, sports or tune into The Villages channel to plan your activities. Both televisions are smart tv’s for your streaming apps (Netflix, Prime Video, etc) and have Xfinity cable service. There is also Xfinity high speed internet throughout. The new kitchen features quartz counter tops, white cabinets, tile backsplash, stainless appliances, gas range and pendant lights over a large breakfast bar. The Butler’s pantry (or as we like to call it “Beverage Central”) is equipped with everything you need for Morning coffee or tea, a Ninja blender (Margarita, anyone?) Soda Stream, and wine glasses! It also offers additional cooking facilities with a large countertop, stainless sink, built-in microwave, and second oven (electric, the kitchen range is gas). The dining room, an extension of the central living space, is spacious and sunny, with large windows featuring flowering window boxes that overlook the garden. In addition to the new central air, there are 7 ceiling fans throughout the home, front porch, & lanai to keep things cool and breezy.

The master bedroom features a king bed, vanity table, his & her’s closets, an on suite bath with dual sinks, shower, and separate toilet room. The guest wing has a sliding pocket door for privacy. The queen bedroom has large windows with views of the front garden. The second full bath has a tub/shower combination and a new vanity with white quartz countertop. The Den has another large TV with fireplace below (electric with remote control, instant ambience!), a comfy sofa (with a pullout bed), a desk with a view of the garden, and another large closet for stowing your gear. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains, so you’ll have no problem recharging your batteries for the next day’s activities (perhaps even to sleep in or take an afternoon nap, go ahead you’re on vacation!).
The covered screened lanai overlooks a serene private courtyard (backs up to a villa wall) with lush landscaping and an herb garden. The lanai’s “table for two” is a great spot for morning coffee & breakfast (especially when served with a smile). In the afternoon, the sofa here is another great place to take a nap, or read a book. The patio has comfy club chairs, an umbrella covered dining table and a large gas grill. The outdoor space is framed by tall hedges and colorful plantings providing total privacy. In the evening, the landscape lighting (on automatic timers) sets the courtyard aglow. It twinkles with enchantment as balmy breezes rustle through the palms. Perhaps some Jimmy Buffet and a glass of wine as you unwind?

Cane Garden Country Club (27 hole championship course) has great casual dining and a large patio with live music. This popular spot for lunch and dinner is just a 5 minute stroll, or 1 minute golf cart ride if you’re really hungry!
Walk 2 blocks to Hibiscus Rec Center for pool and lawn games. Two additional neighborhood pools are within walking distance. Seabreeze and Lake Miona Regional Rec Centers, both only 1 mile away, have sports pools and LOADS of classes & activities.
