Enjoy this comfortable vacation home and all The Villages has to offer you. There is something for everyone in The Villages whether you prefer constant activity or quiet relaxation. This home is located south of 466A on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is centrally located between Morse and Buena Vista Boulevards. There are three regional recreation centers within a short drive from the house that provide activities including pickleball courts, fitness pools, and workout centers in two of the centers. Multiple golf courses are a short distance away.

This expanded Begonia model designer home is 2,009 square feet with a large lanai and attached patio. The bedrooms and office/den are carpeted, with tile throughout the rest of the house. All furnishings were new as of 2015.

-The living room has a couch with a recliner at each end, as well as two additional recliners. There is also a 60 inch flat screen TV. Directv is provided on all TVs.

-The dining room is open to the living room and has a large dining table that easily seats six.

-The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. There is a Keurig coffee maker. There is also a table in the breakfast nook area of the kitchen.

-The large master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed. There is a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. There are two dressers and two bedside tables.

-There is a large walk-in closet in the short hallway between the master bedroom and the master bath.

-The bathroom includes a Roman walk-in shower and separate sinks on opposite sides.

-The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, and bedside table.

-The office/den has a comfortable large desk with a nice view out to the cul-de-sac. There is also a recliner and a flat screen TV.

-The second bathroom has a tub with shower.

-The second bedroom, office/den, and second bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the house by a pocket door.

-A high efficiency washer, dryer, and sink are located in the laundry room which is just off the kitchen.

-The lanai has a large table for outdoor dining or other projects, two comfortable cushioned chairs, as well as two zero gravity lounge chairs. There is a small Weber grill for use on the attached patio.

Rental Policy:
50% of total rent within 7 days of booking. This is forfeited if rental is cancelled and owner is unable to rent at same rate.
$1,000 security deposit and balance of rent due 60 days before occupancy.
$175 cleaning fee deducted from security deposit.
Visitor IDs are free. Cost of temporary IDs are the responsibility of the tenant.
The balance of the security deposit will be returned within 7 days after the home is checked upon tenant departure.
These rates are for double occupancy (two adults). Should two couples want to share the house, add 10% to the monthly rate.
Small dogs (under 15 pounds) will be considered with an increase in cleaning fee to $225. E-mail owner to discuss.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
