Rental Policy:
$650 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$150 Cleaning Fee
One-half rent is due 60 days before occupancy and balance is due 21 days before occupancy.
Rate is for four adults. Additional guests require Owner's approval, and an additional fee per day.
Check-in is after 3 pm, and Check-out is by 10 am.
30 day guest passes are free but have some amenity restrictions.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
