A 1 year rental is $1,500.00/Month; 6 month rental considered at increased rate, and 2 or more years available too.
There is a refundable $1,500 damage/security deposit due with lease signing; then prior to move in the first and last months rent is due along with a $150 non-refundable lease end cleaning fee ($300 if small dog is allowed) and $50 for 2 Villages Resident ID cards (for the free golf at Villages Executive golf courses, entrance to family and regional recreation centers, and discounts at other Villages venues).
Landlord pays for property taxes, general liability insurance, amenity fees (includes water, sewer, trash pickup, free exec golf, etc.), pest control service, lawn service, irrigation system maintenance, and HVAC service.
Tenant pays for electric and gas utilities/service, internet/cable TV/phone service, and renters insurance.
