Hello, we'd love to welcome you to our cozy 2B/2B ranch home. Our many repeat renters tell us our property has a home-from-home feel & is ideally located in the village of Summerhill to enjoy the entertainment at Spanish Springs & Sumter Landing town squares.
We are a short distance from the neighborhood pool & convenient for many restaurants & shops. Also an easy golf ride away from several executive & championship golf courses. Glenview is the closest.


OUR HOME

We are in a quiet side street with little through traffic in the village of Summerhill, a 5-minute ride to Southern Trace Plaza & Buffalo Ridge restaurants (Bonefish, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Perkins, & Golden Corral to name a few) and shops (Bealls, Publix, Fresh Market, Wal-Mart, CVS & many more). We have tried to provide everything to make your stay feel home from home.

* The lounge has a vaulted ceiling & ceiling fan/light, 2 & 3-seater recliner sofas, 55" flat screen TV with cable HD-DVR, DVD, library of DVDs, books & games. The dining area has a table with six chairs.

* Master Bedroom has a king size bed, armoire with 37" flat screen TV with cable HD-DVR, ceiling fan/light, 2 side tables, lamps & clock/radio, a large walk-in closet, & furniture with plenty of drawer space, an ensuite bathroom with separate vanity area, large walk-in shower & WC.

* Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan/light, 2 side tables, chest of drawers & large closet. A bathroom including a tub & shower is located a couple of short steps from the guest bedroom.

* The kitchen is newly refurbished with new countertops, new fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, oven & microwave. It is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, flatware, dishes, pots & pans etc.

* Lanai (12’ x 20’) is furnished with patio furniture & is a great place to relax after a game of golf or other activity or enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.

* The house includes WIFI, high speed internet, printer, washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, vacuum, remote controlled garage door, linens & towels. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper & household cleaning supplies to get you started.

Other features include ceramic tiling in the kitchen & bathrooms, & washer & dryer in the garage. Card tables, yoga mat, keep fit weights, & hair dryer are also available. There is also a gas grill for outdoor cooking & a stepper machine to help keep you in great shape afterwards.

Our guests have told us they like the privacy our shrubs provide in our backyard.


OUR GAS GOLF CART

* Night-driveable with sliding door enclosure. Carries 2 passengers & 2 golf bags.

* The cart is covered by a road assistance policy - a 24-hour golf cart rescue service


OUR RENTAL POLICY

* Rental cost includes all taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, free local & national phone service in the US, copy of the Daily Sun newspaper each day & use of our 2-seater gas golf cart (renters are responsible for the gas).

* Check in: 3PM on the first day of the lease. Check out: 10AM on the last day.

* A neighbor cares for our property & looks forward to helping you enjoy your stay.

* $750 rental deposit due within 7 days of booking with signed lease. Deposit is refundable at the end of the lease after satisfactory property inspection (minus a $120 departure clean fee & $50 optional Lifestyle ID fee) however, is forfeited if reservation is canceled by tenant after booking.

* Rental payment is due 90 days before the first day of occupation. If cancelled less than 90 days before the arrival date, the rental payment will be forfeited. However, if the premises can be rented for the same period or part of the period of the original rental agreement, the rental payment will be returned representing the sum paid by the new renters for the same or part period.

* Rates are for 2 adults, no pets, no smoking. Overnight guests are permitted for a maximum of 7 days free of charge. For stays of over 7 days, there will be a charge of $10 per night.
