Guest ID's will be available in the house upon arrival. If you select temporary ID's you will need to pick them up in the Lake Sumter Landing Sales Office (1000 Lake Sumter Landing Drive) and pay the $50 fee.

If you need to modify check in or and out times, we can likely accommodate adjustments

Security Deposit:
**If you are paying upfront, no security deposit will be required.
Upon departure, any damages must be reported to Rental Agent. Additional amount may be due for any repairs required to the property or golf cart.
This is a NON-SMOKING property. No smoking is allowed inside the property whatsoever.
