The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy daily cooking and dining. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room and a retractable clothes line in the back yard. The front porch has a large sectional sofa for relaxing and watching the west facing sky change colors in the sunset. There is also seating for 4 on the screened in lanai in the back of the house. The side and back yards are completely fenced in for total privacy and ideal for pets.

All bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels are included.
Starter supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, napkins also laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher pods and cleaning products are included.

Wi-Fi and YouTube TV (for live TV) are included. Additional streaming services are your responsibility.

Well behaved dog(s) up to 40lbs are allowed for an additional $250/month.

Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

You can choose between free Guest Passes or $50 Temporary Resident ID cards. Please read more about these different options on the VH4R website.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations 90 days in advance. If you cancel within 90 days a refund is issued if another renter is found for same time frame.

Rental Policy:
Deposit to secure rental due is within 7 days of booking.
$200 Cleaning Fee
$500 refundable damage deposit.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
