Rental Policy: $1000.00
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. Deposit %50% of full rent is due 45 days after booking. Balance of rent is due 90 days before arrival. All rates are for 2 people. Additional guests are $100.00 per person and must be listed on rental agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY : If cancellation is received more than 90 days prior to arrival date. A full refund will be given. CANCELLATION less than 90 days a refund will only be given if home is re-rented for same period in lease agreement.
TEMPORARY RESIDENT I.D. Upon request the owner will submit a Resident I.D. form .The renter will pick-up and pay a $50.00 fee for 2 people. This I.D. allows you full access to all Villages facilities with reduced rates at all 45 executive golf courses and the 15 championship golf courses.
THERE IS NO SMOKING or VAPING PERMITTED.
$175.00 Cleaning Fee

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
