Rental Policy:
-Temporary Resident ID cards available for $50.00 to access The Villages amenities (per Villages policies/fees).
-The first and last months rent and security deposit is required 14 days before move-in date.
-Security Deposit will be returned within 14 days from the end of the lease unless inspection of rental reveals damages.
-Cleaning Fee for the end of the lease is $250.

Monthly Rent:
- Full-time annual rental is $2,700.00 per month.
- 6+ consecutive months rental is $3,700.00 per month.

House rules:
-No smoking or vaping on the property (including lanai/garage).
-Pets: will consider small dog for additional fee.
-Background/credit check and proof of renters insurance (required for long-term leases).
