The Living Room, with a 65" Smart TV extends into the Florida room overlooking the tee box. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with Smart TV and 2 walk-in closets one of which is the owners locked closet. The Master bath features Double Sinks, a Vanity area, and a Walk-in Shower. The Second Bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser and closet. The Third Bedroom features Twin beds, dresser and a closet. Each Bedroom has Ceiling Fans. The Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower and single sink and located between the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms. Bed linens, Towels and Pillows are provided. All utilities, internet, trash (twice weekly), on Tuesdays and Fridays

There is an outdoor screened Lanai for you to enjoy those great Florida days and nights. The Lanai is furnished with a gas grill, several chairs, table and an umbrella. The home has Xfinity Internet service. The Florida room is fully conditioned and has a ceiling fan as well. Property taxes, utilities, internet, trash, lawn service are included.

GUEST ID'S: "Temporary Lifestyle Resident" ID's are available at $60 each person so that you can enjoy reduced rates at golf courses, heated pools or any of the amenities that are available only to property owners.

Rental Policy:
$750.00 Deposit/Security due at time of booking to lock in requested dates, Non refundable. Final payment is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of the home and golf cart for any damages and verification that all gate cards, garage door openers, and keys are accounted for.
$175.00 cleaning fee which will be added to the rental fee. If extra cleaning is needed, the charge will be deducted from security deposit.
7% Florida tax must be added to rental fee.
Check in time is 4:00 PM on the on the day of arrival and check out time is 11:00 on departure day.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, the security deposit will NOT be refunded. Rent paid will be refunded (less a $300.00 cancellation fee) ONLY if the house can be re-rented at the same rate (or higher) for the exact same dates (or longer). If cancellation occurs within 45 days of scheduled arrival date, NO refund will be issued. We recommend that tenants opt for renters insurance or trip cancellation insurance.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
