Enjoy our Cypress model Designer block and stucco home. Our home is located in the Village of Santo Domingo and within walking distance to Recreation Centers and Pools. Just a short ride takes you to many Golf Courses, Recreation Centers, Pools or to Spanish Springs Market Square.

Our place is nicely furnished with a well-equipped modern eat-in kitchen with a table for four. We have a Laundry Room with a washer/dryer tandem for your use. The Living Room extends into a comfortable Den/Reading room. The Dining Room has a large table that can seat 6 guests very comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and features 2 walk-in closets with built-ins. The Master bath features double sinks, a Vanity area, and a walk-in shower. The Second Bedroom also has a Queen bed, dresser and closet. The Third Bedroom features Twin beds, dressers, and a closet. Each Bedroom has its' own TV and Ceiling fan. The Guest Bathroom, with tub/shower and single sink, is located between the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms. Bed linens, towels, and pillows are provided.

There is an outdoor screened Lanai for you to enjoy those great Florida days and nights. The Lanai is furnished with several chairs, tables, and an umbrella. Internet service, as well as satellite TV, are provided for your use.

GUEST ID'S: Two 'temporary resident' ID's are available at $50/ couple so that you can enjoy reduced rates at golf courses, heated pools, dinner at Country clubs, theater, and the amenities available

All utilities, trash, lawn service and pest control are included.
Only available December $3500 and January $4500 month. If renting both months $7000.
Rental Policy:
$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking; refundable 15 days post vacate less $150 cleaning fee.
Rental fee due 60 days in advance of rental date.
Rental fee non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days of rental.
$100 Pet fee (Depending on what kind & how many).


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
