Rental Policy: $2000 Security Deposit, $200 Cleaning Fee, $50 Villages ID - per couple (Optional).
Signed Rental Agreement, Golf Cart Release of Liability, and photo ID's required with security deposit and cleaning fee to reserve the home. Half payment for the rental period is due 90 days prior to the start date. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the start date. Rental prices are for two adults. Additional person is $150.00 per week. Limit 4 people total, exceptions must be approved.
Cancellation Policy: Rental fees will not be refunded if canceled, unless the villa is re-rented for the same period at the same rate. Security deposit and cleaning fee are fully refundable if cancellation is received prior to your stay.
Trip Insurance is recommended.
Confirm your health insurance provides coverage while you are traveling/staying in Florida.
Long term rental will be considered.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
