Remaining Balance, $750 Refundable Security Deposit, Cleaning fee of $150.00 are due 45 days prior to check in.
If the Home is As Clean as it Was At Check in, the cleaning fee will be Refunded.
No Smoking, or Vaping on property.
Not included is the OPTIONAL Temporary Resident ID (available for $50/couple, maximum 2 people, which allows renters the same privileges as a resident. This entities you to golf on 29 executive courses, discounted rates on championship courses, use of recreational centers, pools and numerous other activities. Paid directly to The Villages, and can be picked up at the sales office after check in.
All rates are for 2 people, additional guest are $200.00 per person, per week (4 consecutive nights) and must be listed on the rental agreement, Maximum of 4 people.
Check in -3PM on first day of rental. Check out -10AM on last day of rental.
CANCELLATION POLICY- in the event of a cancellation, your rental deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is received at least 45 days prior to your arrival date and only if the property is rented for the same dates and same rate.
We live in the Villages , Parents as well as our Aunt's and Uncle's live here.
We Personally Take care of the Home And Our Tenants.
