The guest bedrooms are on the opposite side from the master bedroom, and is separated from the main areas by a pocket door for additional privacy. The two guest bedrooms have a queen-size bed, a large closet, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combination. The front guest bedroom has bay windows.

Off from the kitchen is a desk and chair to accommodate your laptop/ipad and get caught up on your email and internet surfing!

The lanai is very comfortably furnished and includes a Samsung 65" Smart TV with Roku (Xfinity, Amazon Prime, Netflix and etc.). Enjoy the water view and nature!

There are 3 solar tubes in the home. One in each bathroom and one in the kitchen. This helps reduce the heat generated from turning the lights on constantly and gives more natural light. Plus, it's another step to going green!

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided at no additional fee.
