Temporary resident I.D.s (x2) with full home owner amenities and privileges will be transferred at a cost of $50.00 in total to the renter paid directly to The Villages which includes NO green fees on any of The Villages executive courses, ($4.00 p/p if use cart or purchase a 30 day cart pass at a reduced cost of $20 per cart), access to the Regional recreational recreation centres and sports pools and the clubs and organizations throughout the recreation centres. All championship courses can be played at resident rates. Your visiting guests can receive free guest passes to enjoy and join the activities.
Rental Policy: 25% of total rent (non-refundable unless re-rented) plus Security/Damage deposit of $500.00 upon signing of the lease. Balance of rent due 90 days prior to occupancy (non refundable unless re-rented). However, all reasonable efforts will be made to re-rent the property in the event of cancellation at no cost or penalty. Upon re-rental, the Tenant will be responsible only for any actual loss, if any, to the landlord and the Tenant will be consulted as to any re-rental inquiry received. $175.00 cleaning fee (to be deducted from damage deposit).
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years+ Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided in The Villages.
