Our home is conveniently located (by golf car, of course) 7 minutes from Lake Sumter Landing Town Square which features shopping, restaurants, a movie theatre and free live entertainment every evening.
Cane Garden Country Club is a 27 hole championship course with pro shop & restaurant located only 5 minutes away by golf car . But, the Villages also offers many 9 hole executive course options and pools, within a very short ride as well (St. Charles pool is of course the closest). A 4 minute ride will get you to the Sea Breeze Regional Recreation Center which offers several meeting rooms for activities.

Our Colony Model Patio Villa home has no carpet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, oven, microwave and gas BBQ grill for your convenience.

Our Villa is well appointed, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable and carefree such as: enough kitchen items & gadgets to cook/make just about whatever you want, hair dryer, ironing board & iron, 2 sets of bath towels and linens for each bedroom, beach towels, Satellite TV with DVR, High-speed wireless internet, necessary starter supplies (toilet paper, detergent, etc). There's even a blender for your Margaritas - it's 5:00 o'clock somewhere!

The King bedroom has a private bath with a walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, a 32 HD TV with DVR and Blue-Ray DVD. Both the King and Queen bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, dressers, 2 night stands, lamps and alarm clocks. You will certainly appreciate the high-end Sealy Plush/Firm mattresses as well after a long day of Villages activities. The Guest bedroom has a small computer workstation as well. The family room boasts a 42 HD TV with DVR, Blu-Ray DVD, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, sofa, love seat and accent chair as well as a Stressless brand recliner. There is a dining area with 4 seats along with a kitchen breakfast bar (with 3 stools) and a counter height breakfast set (for 2) for your convenience. The screened Lanai has a ceiling fan and cushioned conversation seating for 4. A BBQ grill as well as outdoor seating is also provided, if you're so inclined.

We have provided complete instructions along with suggestions to make your stay a little more comfortable and exciting.

Oh, did I forget to mention a gas golf car? A gold and black Gas Yamaha golf cart (regularly maintained) is parked in the garage just for your use (gas carts are great for the constantly expanding Villages).
