Rental Policy:

-- $50 fee (paid to the villages) for Resident ID Cards (Optional) is due 90 days prior to occupancy. The $50 fee for (2) Resident Village ID Cards is optional. It gives you free access to all of the executive golf courses, reduced rates at the championship courses, discounts at the movie theaters, access to Katie Belle's, and more.
-- Security Deposit of $1,200 will be refunded within 20 days if the property is left in good condition without any damage and an inventory has been taken.
