High speed internet with a wireless router is also provided. The table in the dining room can seat 6 while the kitchen table can seat 2. The very private screened in lanai has a table, 4 patio chairs and a cushioned chaise lounge. An Adirondack chair is on the rear outside patio. A gas BBQ grill is available for your use. Included are telephone with long distance and wireless internet. A Yamaha gas golf cart with gas gage, speedometer, cooler and seat belts is also provided. The garage has a beautiful epoxy floor.

The villa has very convenient access to an abundance of Executive and Championship golf courses. Upon obtaining the $50 (per Couple) temporary resident IDs you can play all 40 executive golf courses for free. Nearby is the Bonita Pool and Bacall and Truman Recreation Centers. The villa is just a short distance to Lake Sumter Landing Town Square with live entertainment 365 nights a year, plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants.

All utilities, extended HD TV, trash, lawn service, wireless internet, and local and U.S. long distance phone service fees are included.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
The monthly rates include the 7 % Florida and Sumter County sales taxes. Not included are a $500 security deposit ($750 for multiple month rentals), a $125 cleaning fee ($150 for multiple months) or an optional Villages $50 (per Couple) temporary resident ID card.
Discounts are available with a 6 month rental.

Cancellation Policy: TOTAL refund (Deposit & monthly payment) ONLY if villa can be rented for the same time period and terms. NO other penalty or re-booking fee will be charged.

Rental Policy: $500 ($750 for multiple month rental) Deposit/Security is due within 7 days of booking. This will be held as a damage deposit that will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear (less cleaning fee). Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Monthly fees will not be refunded if cancelled unless the villa is rented for a comparable amount. Security deposit, cleaning fee and temporary ID fees are fully refundable upon cancellation.
