Rental Policy:
$1,000 security deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Balance of rental amount is due 60 days prior to occupancy (30 days for weekly/bi-weekly rental). The security deposit, minus any damages, will be returned within 14 days of departure after the property has been inspected for damage and an inventory has been taken.

A $150 general cleaning fee is due 60 days prior to occupancy.

$50 fee for two (2) Villages temporary Resident ID Cards (optional) is due 60 days prior to occupancy. All homeowner amenities will be transferred to the renter which includes full access to regional and neighborhood recreation centers and use of any of the executive golf courses. You will also have use of the championship golf course for a nominal fee.
