Hot water system with endless hot water, you can have both showers, laundry and sinks going at same time and never run out of hot water. Steam room in guest shower to full resort style experience. Body sprays and rain forest over head shower fixtures for full therapeutic experience. Aroma's can also be added to this feature. Master Bathroom has full body sprays and overhead rain forest shower head as well all with individual controls in each bathroom. Water pressure has been remodeled as well to secure not only hot water all the time but equal and powerful water pressure no matter how many people are taking a shower at once. All rooms have built in lights in ceiling and all are on dimmers. Full house built in audio system as well, and cable for all TV's. Utilities included just a $50.00 fee for temporary ID. I can accept either checks for rent if paid prior to rental or credit card payment 7 days prior to rental. Desk with rolling chair in Lanai. Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival date, I will attempt to
rent to another party. If I am successful, I will return your deposit in full. If I am unable to,
the security deposit will not be refunded. I do not provide a golf cart but there are many rental places for short or long term rentals available in the area.

Rates:
Plus transient tax as required by Jacksonville, all utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included. Credit Card Payments accepted.

Rental Policy:
Full payment due due within 30 days of booking. $500.00 deposit due on reservation
$150.00 Cleaning Fee
$50.00 Village ID fee if needed
Village Guest Passes free

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
House NOT childproof so not recommended for infants/babies or under 5 years old
