Please Note: We require a 2 month minimum rental unless the home is rented by the same individual for January, February & March. If that occurs we will rent the month of April only.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept making it comfortable and convenient. There is an attached lanai with ceiling fan for your morning or evening enjoyment.

The master bedroom and recently updated bath is split from the guest bedroom and den providing privacy should you have guests staying with you. The master bedroom includes a king bed with memory foam mattress and TV with connected master bath. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed with memory foam mattress. The den/office includes a queen size pull out sofa bed, recliner, desk with docking station with dual monitors, and TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea pot, and blender among other accessories.

With Villages Resident Passes (included in pricing) you can play any of the 40 Villages executive courses and 14 championship courses. If you are not a golfer there is biking (his and hers cruisers included), pickle ball, tennis, billiards, shuffleboard, swimming, bocce ball, horseshoes, running, shopping and much more. If you are unable to find an activity you enjoy you simply are not trying very hard ...

We provide a binder that contains useful information on how to use the golf course reservation system, golf cart rentals, The Village apps, menus from local restaurants, airport transportation schedules, and directions to various areas of interest. We make it easy to begin enjoying your Villages vacation immediately upon your arrival.

Rental Policy:

This property is non-smoking and pet-free.

A rental deposit of 50% is due within 7 days of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 45 days prior to the beginning of rental period. Failure to pay balance, cancellation or early departure does not warrant refund of rent.

Owner reserves the right to rent the property to another party if balance is not received on or before the due date indicated.

There is a $500 refundable security/damage deposit (refundable within 15 days if home is left in the same condition as rented) due along with final balance 45 days prior to beginning of lease.

Rates are based on check-in on the first day of the month after 4 pm and check-out on the last day of the month by 10 am.

The rates are for two people and include two temporary ID cards for The Villages. Keys and gate passes will be available upon arrival and must be returned to the owners on the last day of your stay. Additional guests are permitted subject to obtaining temporary guest ID passes and guest Village rules.

There are no additional cleaning or other hidden fees.

Personal Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers, Zelle or Venmo are accepted.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents over 55 years of age.

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods - guest passes are required in advance (please ask renter for details).
