We rented in the villages for 3 years before buying. We offer the best of what we learned while renting to provide a true quality turn-key rental with a quality amenities.

Home features an amazing water and golf view! The back yard has a brick paver patio; rear privacy with landscaping; and has a quality gas grill and outdoor furniture.

The Village of El Cortez is conveniently located near golf, shopping and lots of fun! El Cortez residents enjoy time at the Chula Vista club, a great spot for relaxing pool side, or playing bocci, shuffleboard, pickle ball and tennis. Golfers appreciate the quick trip to either of the two executive golf courses there, (Mira Mesa and Chula Vista courses). Its also close to Spanish Springs Square, and retail centers.

Gorgeous wood laminate flooring and ceramic tile is located throughout a majority of the home. The enclosed Florida room is under heat/air, with overhead fans; comfortable furniture, and beautiful views of Mira Mesa golf course and lake-- great for breakfast, reading the paper, and TV enjoyment. Windows may be open; shades are easy to draw for outdoor views and fresh air. A settee cedar chest makes changing footwear convenient.

The spacious, beautifully finished 12 x 22 addition contains the laundry area with washer and dryer, golf cart parking and additional storage. The garage door has opener w/transmitter; its own battery power supply for the EZGO electric golf cart. The battery system is a new 6x8 volt battery system that can get you anywhere in the villages with a full charge. Bagboy walking carts are available with easy setup if you have a mind to walk it. There is a club storage unit in the garage for easy on/off of clubs for different occasions.

The kitchen features enhanced appliances including a side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, a
microwave, stove, toaster oven, a breakfast bar with a formal high rise dining table.

We believe in comfort for ourselves and our guests. In the large master suite, you will find a king bed with a 12 in. memory foam mattress, 4x10 walk in closet, granite sink/tiled shower. Two leather recliners make reading and TV viewing very comfortable. The guest bed is also a generous size with a Queen Serta.
The guest bathroom is tiled, has granite counters and a shower. Living room, and bedrooms and Florida room have 3 large screen TVs, DVDs, DVRs and Netflix. A Bose CD/Radio unit provides clear musical sound from the living room. Small library, kindle, and Blue ray movies provided. High speed internet service is provided by Comcast/Xfinity for computer, TV with DVR service. Three DVD blue ray players are provided. Local/long distance phone is not available.

We ask that you read the guest notebook for any questions on use of appliances, cart, electronics, barbeque or patio furniture. The home is uncluttered, tastefully appointed with comfortable, quality furniture. Come, stay and experience a slice of paradise in the Villages!

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are available through the Villages Recreation Dept.
