Cancellation Policy: TOTAL refund (Deposit & monthly payment) ONLY if villa can be rented for the same time period and terms. NO other penalty or re-booking fee will be charged.

Rental Policy: $1000 Deposit/Security is due within 7 days of booking. This will be held as a damage deposit that will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear (less cleaning fee). Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Monthly fees will not be refunded if cancelled unless the villa is rented for a comparable amount. Security deposit, cleaning fee and temporary ID fees are fully refundable upon cancellation.

Home professionally cleaned between rentals. During the renter's stay, routine cleaning is the renter's responsibility; maid service is not included. Initial supply of paper products and cleaning supplies are a courtesy. Any additional needs shall be the responsibility of the tenant.

Rental Rates
