Our home is a professionally-landscaped, fully-furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Amarillo style ranch house on a corner lot. It includes two gas golf carts and is below Rt466 in the Village of Ashland. It is on a large corner lot with a professional lawn service. The Villages is an ACTIVE, gated, Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. This rental does not permit smoking or pets. Need to go in two directions? You can each take a golf cart, the Yamaha gas golf carts have seat belts for off-course travel. They have rain enclosures, headlights and golf course-approved tires. They can get you to shopping centers, churches, and many of the 100+ places to dine. Parking is easy in a cart at one of the three town squares for the evening FREE live entertainment.

For those who care to play golf there are over 10,000+ tee times a day. Executive golf (44, 9-hole courses) is free to walkers and is only $4.00 if using the cart. There are 2 championship 18 hole golf courses and 11, 27 hole championship courses within The Villages, at reasonable rates with ID. Temporary IDs can be obtained at The Villages sales office for $50 per couple. The Golf carts have 24/7 emergency golf cart rescue coverage in the unlikely event that you run out of gas or have any other golf cart problems. This designer-furnished large ranch home also has: two bicycles two bicycle helmets, golf clubs (four sets), two pull carts, three recliners, a stainless steel propane grill, DVD, 40 inch LCD HD TV, Three televisions, You tube TV, WIFI plus an internet computer with high-speed internet which is convenient for surfing and scheduling golf outings. The kitchen with a quiet dishwasher, is well stocked with everything you will need and we supply the linens and towels. There are vaulted ceilings, laminate and ceramic tile floors. There are two walk-in closets in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower in the master bath. Front-loading (easy on your clothes) washer and dryer are also there for your use. The dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and gas stove have been upgraded. This home has one king and two queen-size beds. The guest wing has two bedrooms and a pocket door for privacy. There is battery-powered emergency lighting and an emergency weather radio.

The nearest adult pool is only a few blocks away and is heated for your comfort. The Villages has over 1,500 activities to keep you occupied. Rental policy for up to 4 people. A $1,000 deposit is due within 7 days of booking and is refundable within 35 days of departure after an inspection of the home. Abnormal cleaning fees or damage repair will be deducted from deposit. The deposit is also a retainer against any lost or missing: golf clubs, gate cards, keys, garage door openers, etc. Rent plus $125 cleaning fee is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations within 60 days of rental date lose the deposit unless new bookings can be made for the same dates. (Rate includes 7% Florida transient rental tax)
