You can sleep up to 8 people with 1 Queen Sofa sleeper, and 1 Double sofa sleeper. The Living room features a 55" TV, sofa, chair with footstool, and Leather recliner with footstool. The dining room table can seat up to 6 people with the leaf. The newly refurbished kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, 2-door refrigerator with bottom Freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pantry, and large bar/island with bar stools. The Lanai is 12'x20' with a sleeper sofa, chairs, and a round table that seats 4. The Garage size is for one car and the gas Golf Cart is included with the rental. The laundry is also located in the garage. The Gas grill is located on the patio. Located just a 5-minute golf cart ride to either an adult or family pool. We are located close to the Savannah Center and near Spanish Springs Square and The Sharon Entertainment Theater.

Rental Policy: A $50 Life Style ID for each person is required upon arrival, A $500 Security Deposit is due within 7 days of booking with a signed lease. The full rental balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The security deposit minus the $150 mandatory cleaning fee will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear.
Check-in time is 3 PM on the first day of the lease. Check-out time is 10 AM on the last day of the lease.
This is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for a limited time period. Family activities are provided.
