Home comes with two village ID cards (free for monthly or longer rental)--this allows free use of all executive golf courses and special resident only rates on all championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horse shoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.


All taxes, utilities, cable TV, high speed internet, trash, monthly pest maintenance service, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
Deposit - 50% of last months rent is due when signing contract to confirm rental. If tenant cancels the owner reserves the right to keep deposit pending owners ability to rent the home for your same dates/rates.
- $500.00 refundable damage deposit due 1st day of arrival. Returned within 30 days of departure if no damage to property.
-$100.00 cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival.
-Check in at 3:00pm and Check out no later than 10:00am on departure date to allow for cleaning.
-Sorry no pets allowed.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
