The Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure after the end of rental agreement and inspection, if there are no damages or losses. This includes return of keys, garage openers etc.
Village ID cards for two adults can be purchased for $50 ea ( If book for 3 months or longer, fee is waived)
