This home is within walking distance of Spanish Springs Town Square, where you can enjoy restaurants, entertainment and shopping.
It is also a short golf cart ride to Publix, the new Aldi, Target, Best Buy, many restaurants, bowling alleys, pools and golf courses.
10 speed bicycles are available upon request.

ABOUT THE HOME
This home has a split floor plan with two bedrooms that are essentially both master suites. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and walk-in closets.
There are two patios, one in the front and one in the back. The home also has a Florida room with glass windows and a small room with a desk that can be used as an office or workspace.
The home was built with uncarpeted floors throughout and has convenient digital entry.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, including a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, spice rack and other small appliances. All dishes and cookware are provided.
TVs are provided in the bedrooms, and cable TV and high-speed internet are included.

I live approximately 30 minutes away, so I am nearby if you have questions or if a problem should arise during your stay.

RENTAL POLICIES
$500 holding/security deposit due within 7 days of reservation
$300 cleaning deposit due with the first half of rent. The cleaning deposit is fully refundable if the home is left clean.
1/2 of rent and cleaning deposit due 90 days before arrival
Remaining 1/2 of rent due 45 days before arrival
The cleaning deposit is refunded along with the security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please consider travel insurance. Most people who rent in The Villages plan their trips months in advance, and last-minute rentals can be difficult to fill.
Money paid can only be returned, minus a $200 per month cancellation fee, if the home is successfully re-rented for the same dates and the same rental rate.
If the home is re-rented for less, the difference will be deducted from the amount already paid. You will be consulted if this occurs.
