The LIVING ROOM is comfortably furnished with a nice three seater couch (two of which recline), featuring a separate relaxing recliner and lamp, Two end tables and a coffee table that compliment the living space. It also features a large Flat Screen TV w/ cable.
Package of over 140+ channels. We've left lots of books to catch up on your reading along with games and puzzles in the armoire. Here, you can watch TV in style...with a voice remote or you can use your laptop computer with high speed internet.

All linens & towels provided. Quality is important to us! Laundry includes full sized washer and dryer.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a KING bed, nice linens, two dressers, a flat screen Smart tv & a private bathroom w/ shower, enclosed toilet area, two separate brand new vanities & a large walk-in closet.

The 1st GUEST BEDROOM features a queen sized bed, luxury linens, nice sized closet, night stand with lamp, additional chair, large dresser with mirror, Cable TV and an adjacent full bath.
And if you have family that visit, there's even a bonus room (2nd GUEST BEDROOM) with an Additional relaxing double bed and seating...Lots of room to relax and enjoy.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped w/ cookware, bakeware, dishes and glassware & a pantry for extra storage. Small appliances for your use: 8 cup coffee pot, toaster, blender, crock pot, hand mixer & more. A Keurig coffee maker for your convenience and much more! It is fully equipped. Just add food. And you can grill (gas) outside if you'd prefer!

Your Resident ID Card entitles you to all the amenities of a full resident such as use of the recreation centers, pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, lower theatre rates, and no green fees at any of the 30 Executive Golf courses. Resident id cost is $50 per couple. EXTRA FEE for guests. $195 cleaning fee deducted from deposit at the end of stay.
90% of your travel while in The Villages will be done by golf cart. Golf cart to restaurants, golf courses, shopping, pickle ball, swimming, recreational centers, tennis, pickle ball, or any activity. Golf cart is included.
