NO SMOKING AND NO PETS Cancellation Policy In the event of a late cancellation, rental fees will be refunded only if the property can be rented for the same time period. Check in time is 4:00 p.m Check out time is 10:00 a.m. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. 60 days prior to check in plus $150.00 for cleaning expenses which is non refundable will be due.
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING ARE ALLOWED. CANCELLATION POLICY RENTAL FEES PAID WILL BE REFUNDED IF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. IN THE EVENT OF A LATE CANCELLATION, RENTAL FEES WILL BE REFUNDED ON IF THE PROPERTY CAN BE RENTED FOR THE SAME TIME PERIOD. Deposit will be non refundable if rental is cancelled for any reason
