Property Details

There is a canopy king size sleep number bed, dinette set, bedside table, generous dresser, full size 18 cubic foot refrigerator as well as your needed small kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, crock pot). All cooking and eating utensils are provided as well as bed linens and towels. The bathroom has a 6-drawer vanity to store all your toiletries. There is a good size pantry for food storage and "cavernous" walk in closet. If there is anything else you need, management will do their best to provide it. If you are not familiar with The Villages, the owner will be happy to give you a half day familiarization tour and will be on site to answer your questions that may arise.

Santiago pool and rec center is right around the corner.


Home has a Maytag washer and dryer.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, high speed internet included.

Rental Policy:
$300 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$500 1 month before arrival
Full payment upon move in
Cancellation: 30 days before receives full refund

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
