You will have everything you need to make you feel completely at home. This is not just a rental property for us but a house where we spend months and have family and friends visit. It is located on a small cul-de-sac off of a dead end street. The main living/dining space has a 65 inch smart HDTV with the ability to easily connect to your Netflix or Amazon accounts. The double sliding door opens to a very private screened Lanai that has both landscaping privacy and custom roller blinds to block the breeze or sun. There is comfortable furniture to sit and relax on as well as a dining table on the lanai. A gas grill is on the open patio a step away. The lanai and all other rooms have ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with pillow top mattress, a flat screen TV, dual nightstands, a desk and a large dresser in addition to a large walk-in closet. The connected master bath has a tiled walk-in Roman shower, large garden tub, double sinks, hair dryer and magnifying mirror. There are plenty of towels and sheets for your stay, including pool towels and pool bags. The other side of the home has a guest suite with a hallway pocket door for privacy. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dual nightstands, large dresser, leather recliner and closet. The third bedroom has twin beds. Between the 2 bedrooms is a second bath with tiled shower/tub combination, hair dryer and plenty of extra towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from small appliances like toaster oven, blender, food processor, mixer and coffee makers. There are quality knives, pots and pans and plenty of dishes, glasses and serving items to entertain friends during your stay. The kitchen also has a sunny breakfast area with a glass high-top table and high-back stools. There are Whirlpool stainless steel appliances with ice maker, water dispenser, twin convection ovens, microwave and dishwasher. Dining table seats eight. The interior laundry room is equipped with Whirlpool washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. There are pool floats available for your stay. Everything to make you feel at home and make your packing effortless. This home is ideally located a short distance from both Eisenhower and Big Cypress Recreation Center with swimming, Pickle Ball courts, Shuffleboard billiard tables and many other activities. It is centrally located in the Villages, just minutes from Brownwood Town Center and a short ride to Lake Sumter Landing. Evans Prairie, Belle Glade and Bonifay Country Clubs with Championship courses are close by as well as several Executive golf courses. Pinellas Plaza and Grand Traverse Plaza with their restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and other services are a few minutes away as well as the Aldi supermarket. A two person golf cart and two bikes are included in the rental. Arrangements for temporary Villages Resident ID's can be made. NO Pets and NO Smoking on the property. Normal check in time is 3PM the first day of rental and check out is at 10AM the final day. This may be discussed at time of actual rental.

Utilities (up to$ 225 per month for electric), Wi-fi internet, trash, lawn service are included in the rental rate.
Rental Policy: $750 Security Deposit and 50% of the rental fee is due within 7 days of booking. The balance of the rental fee is due 15 days prior to the start of the rental period. $150 Cleaning Fee
The security deposit, less the $150 cleaning fee will be returned within 14 days of departure less any expenses for damage.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
