Rental Policy: $750 Security fee is due within 7 days of booking
$175 Cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit prior to refunding. We have our home professionally cleaned. The full rental amount is due 60 days before arrival. There is a $50 Optional ID fee per couple ( paid by the TENANT to the Villages). This allows access to over 30 executive golf courses, sports, pools as well as social club activities. Rental rates are based on single or double occupancy.
Check in: 3pm Check out: 10 am. This is a pet free, smoke free and vape free home. Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn-service and wifi are included. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs. Young visitors are allowed for limited periods. Family activities are provided.
