You will have this whole 2B/2B Patio Villa home to yourself in the lovely, tree-filled Village of Woodbury -- with a spiffy 2-seater gas Yamaha Golf Cart for your use!

All utilities, amenities fees, basic cable, and wifi internet are included in the rent. Fully furnished and turnkey, with linens, kitchenware, and common "starter" supplies included. The location is convenient to Mulberry Shopping Center (1.3 miles/7 mins to Publix, Walgreens, shopping plaza and local rec center) and Spanish Springs Town Square (5.5 miles/18 mins) where there is nightly dancing, live entertainment, and fantastic restaurants and shops.

The Master Suite features a King size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom (the toilet and step-in shower are separated by a door from the vanity sink area for privacy). The Guest Bedroom offers a Queen size bed and a closet, with a shower/tub combo guest bathroom 1 step down the hall. The Living Room has a large smart TV, a couch and 2 comfy recliners. The Dining Room table seats 4 guests and there are 2 additional stools at the counter/breakfast bar. The full-size Kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, drip coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, and various cookware and small appliances. Washer and dryer are indoors, not out in the heat of the garage like some other homes!

The Villa also offers an enclosed lanai/porch with windows that open for a fresh breeze, plus a bonus open-air side patio with a retractable awning and standard size propane grill for your use. Carpeting in the bedrooms and tile or laminate throughout the rest of the home. The Villa rests among tall oaks, one of which is in your backyard, and the wide-open spaces created by golf courses and wildlife preserve. The fenced backyard backs onto a well-kept acreage of nature on the edge of the neighborhood for peace and quiet.

CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-in starts at 4 PM on first day of rental. Check-out ends at 10 AM on the last day of rental. Other arrangements may be negotiated on a case by case basis. There is a lockbox for the door with a key accessible by code, so you will be able to let yourself into the Villa at your convenience.

GUEST PASSES & LIFESTYLE ID CARDS
EVERY PERSON OVER 12 MONTHS OF AGE NEEDS A PASS TO ACCESS THE VILLAGES' AMENITIES. You will need to pick up your Guest Passes and/or Lifestyle ID cards in person at one of the local Villages offices (open 8:30 AM to 5 PM on Monday - Friday, NO weekend hours) before you can use the amenities.

Up to 6 free "Guest Passes" are available, which grant visitors access to use all the regular pools, recreation centers, and golf courses. Optionally, up to 2 temporary resident "Lifestyle ID" cards are available for a $50 fee paid directly to The Villages upon arrival. [We cover the fee for bookings over $3,000.] The Lifestyle ID is necessary to request golf tee times in advance and allows discounted rates for golf, tennis, and various other paid amenities. It also gives temporary residents access to the sports pools, the woodworking shop, and priority over non-residents for entry into shows and classes that have limited space.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults. Additional overnight visitors are welcome but will need to bring their own supplies to do so. The couch is not a sleeper couch, but there is enough floor space to accommodate an air mattress (NOT provided by us) in the living room and/or master bedroom.
