Very comfortable home on a secluded cul-de-sac. The private back yard with screened in lanai is not common in The Villages. Fully furnished, flat screen TVs in the bedrooms have been upgraded and the entire home was renovated this year (2025).

Not included: Optional $50 ID card transfer fee, $150 Cleaning fee, $1500 refundable security deposit.
Renters will have the option to discuss a 4 seater gas golf cart.

Rates for Short term and long term;
12-month lease = $2000/month plus utilities. 1st month, last month, and one month's rent security due before occupancy.

Any rental under 6 months will include a 7% sales tax imposed by the state of Florida that is not included in the price shown

Rental Policy: Rental charges of 50% are due within 30 days of booking, remaining 50% due 45 days prior to first day of occupancy. Anyone staying in the home must be disclosed on the rental agreement. Security Deposit is due within 7 days of booking and is refundable at the end of the lease after satisfactory property inspection and minus the cleaning fee. Security Deposit is forfeited if reservation is cancelled by tenant unless it can be re-booked. Every effort will be made to re-book. $150 cleaning fee deducted from Security Deposit.

Temporary Resident Villages ID (Optional): $50 for 2 Temporary Resident IDs which allows access to all golf courses, exercise facilities, pools, and other activities;

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
