Rental Policy:
$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking along with signed lease and photo ID
$150 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from security deposit
50% rental fee due 90 days prior to arrival - installment option available for multi-month stay
Remainder of rental fee due 60 days prior to arrival.

Rates posted are in USD and are for a maximum of 2 people. You must notify owners of any guests staying at the house. Additional fees may apple depending on the length of visit.

All utilities, cable TV, high speed internet, local phone with long distance calling in the US, trash, lawn service, pest control and 7% FL taxes are included.

You must purchase a temporary Villages resident ID for $50. Villages ID fee will be included in multi-month rental ($50 value).

The security deposit minus a $150 mandatory cleaning fee will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear.

NO Smoking and No Pets Please.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
